"We dined in for lunch. The man taking our order was so mean. He provided the WORST customer service I've EVER experienced. Extremely rude and very impatient. I wish he had been wearing a name tag because I would report him to management IMMEDIATELY! I will never eat here again and I highly encourage others to avoid this McDonald's. This specific employee is tall with dark curly hair and bad teeth. He gives McDonald's a bad name."

"For the high prices they charge. I expect more. It was around 4AM . I ordered hotcakes. They were cold. They shouldn't be. They just started serving breakfast. I'm tired of this place, Cooking ahead of time. And serving cold food. It's shameful. The owner won't visit the locations. Also they don't have drink machines inside. With the employee's with covid sometimes. I dont want them serving the drinks. These places are so bad anymore. The pancake's and sausage. All taste premade. Like tv dinners.I think i will go to the grocery store. And buy frozen hot cakes and sausage. Or frozen waffles."

"If I could give them zero Stars I would. Ordered four sausage egg and cheese biscuits and a Coke didn't check the bag got on the interstate heading to Topeka found out I had four breakfast burritos and a diet Coke call them they said just to show them that I ordered on my mobile app came back the next morning showed them the order and they said I had to look to talk to the general manager they couldn't do it without record of it I told him my name and that it was in the book cuz the person who took the complaint wrote it down and they couldn't find it so they refused to fix my order will never come back to this McDonald's again they were not very friendly about it."

"The big bag that’s empty it was for the little bag that’s on the bottom I ordered a lot of food and I just got 2 packs of 20 pice chicken nuggets is been 3 times already and I’m tired of ordering Mcdunald’s because of this thank you imma talk to corporate about this"

"Did two reviews on the McDonald's receipts,went to Seneca location to turn them in , cashier was super nice at the counter but the general manager Maria chimed in while turning in my reviews and was super rude and disrespectful telling my wife only one review per customer even though we had three separate orders. does not say that on the receipt but when I heard this I went to the counter as well and she had to do her job and cash them BOTH in. My opinion is that the cashier and the general manager Maria need to trade positions so the cashier can teach Maria the general manager some customer service and respect as the customer I do pay your paycheck."
