"Midnight, waited ten+ minutes at drive-thru speakers (saw half-a-dozen who got miffed and just left). Took another ten to get the food and it was gross (dry, cold, stale McChicken, greasy & undercooked QPC, then fries were only half full greasy & cold!"

"Do not go there after 11pm. The night crew is careless are very stupid. They might even be on the spectrum, I said thank you and she just shut the window in my face and the food always taste old like it’s been sitting there for awhile. I just don’t understand how you mess up your job that bad lol. Whats really crazy is how they were able to get a job in the first place.. I guess it is fast food and they make minimum wage. Fits them very well lmao"

"Not sure how they are for most of the day, but anytime between 10:30 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. is completely unreliable. Be ready for them to take your order and then wipe the screen and ask you what you would like to order or for them to tell you that they are no longer accepting cash or cards because the system is updating, but they are usually smoking/vaping instead. Corporate really needs to do an audit on their employees at this location because they are actively turning away business so they don't have to work"

"Stephanie was awesome. She needs to be the training manager. There was a misunderstanding from the girl at the front on my order, asked for a spicy mccrispy meal and she couldn't make it a meal. Come to find out she was trying to make the hot n spicy McChicken a meal. Stephanie corrected everything with no hesitation and was super polite. Bag came out with the McChicken still and she handled it like a gangster and bagged up the correct sandwich and apologized profusely but with a big smile the whole time. It's not easy dealing with young kids being a manager but she killed it and kept here composure. Will definitely keep coming back to this McDonald's if she's around."

"If I could rate this store a zero I would. The workers here do not really care about customers. I don’t live that far away and sometimes it is not a problem if they forget a sauce packet I’ll go back and ask for some. But now it is getting ridiculous I have worked in fast food I’m a general manager currently for fast food, and I rarely have this problem. Since the employees are acting this way they were trained unprofessionally, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw a cook on their phone with gloves on and they did not wash their hands nor change their gloves. There have been multiple times where I will ask for an unsweetened tea and a sweet tea and either both will be unsweetened or sweet. And when I ask for a different one they refuse. When I leave this specific McDonalds I always have to check my bag and make sure my whole order is in there. They literally have a screen in front them telling them what I ordered and it’s like they do not even look at it. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope I can warn other to not to as well."
