"The process was very easy. Everyone was very polite and I was in and out for an oil change in about 20 minutes. I got a full write up of what they did on the emailed receipt, how many quarts of oil, the type, etc., so I was very pleased."

"Got a bolt in my tire this morning, and called them at 11 and they said they could get me in at 3:30. I showed up a little early and they immediately got my car in and got my tire fixed. Overall amazing customer service, and a super easy process. I have been to other Firestones in Wichita, and they always are too busy to take me day of, so I definitely will be making the downtown Firestone my main place."

I cannot thank Firestone enough for the quick assistance and customer service! "Customer service was on point! I hit a curb and sliced the side of my tire, I thought I would for sure have to drop a few hundred on a new tire and labor. I dropped my car off and within a few hours had a rep call me back and let me know the tire is okay to drive on. He gave me a few options if I wanted to replace it but wasn't pushy (which I really appreciate!!!!). Quick service with integrity - can't ask for more in an auto service shop!!!"

"I had an appointment at the Maize Road location at 11:00 today when I got there they said it would be an hour and a half wait. Obviously, they don’t know the purpose of setting up appointments. I called the Location on Main and she said they could do it at 3:00. When I got there she said it would be 3:30 ish. They had 5 or 6 people in the waiting room. I left and drove to Kennedy tire. They had several people waiting, but since it only takes 10 minutes for a rotation they got me in and out. They were done by 3:20. That’s my CRV in the picture. I made the mistake of paying way to much for my tires from Firestone thinking free rotations would be nice. It’s not free if you have to wait hours even with an appointment. Check out Kennedy tire. Good customer service is worth more than a “free” rotation. Lesson learned our next tires will be purchased at Kennedy Tire. West 13th in Wichita. Update: The Social Care team’s purpose is to make people reading the review think they are doing something about the problem. In reality it’s all for show."
