"I scheduled an appointment to replace my iPhone screen. No problem setting the appointment, but I wasn’t seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. That’s fine. I understand that appointments are hard to keep. But when they finally did see me, they told me they don’t have that part in stock. Why advertise same day screen repairs if you can’t or won’t keep screens in stock?"

"I'm rating Best Buy in Mesquite 1star. Our visit today was the worst I have ever experience at this store. We use to shop here all the time. Today we were in the area and stop by to browse found a item we wanted waited in line to pay for our item. There was 1 lady working customer service. She never acknowledge us or the customers behind us. She was the only one servicing CS and Cashier. When she finished with a customer return, she says next, we approached the counter I indicated it would have been nice to be acknowledged we had been standing there for a bit. She Yells I was working with another customer. Very rude, Best buy does not need those type of people working with customers. I put the item down on the counter and told her I don.t need this and walked away. We did address the issue with the manager at the door but he did not seem concerned with our complaint. I will not be recommending this store to anyone I know. No more Best Buy for me."

"Highly recommended! Installed new car radio with back view camera. Old manufacturer radio died after 10 years. This new high tech is perfect timing for black Friday discount. Very friendly staff. Highly knowledgeable technician who willingly gave his business card without asking."
