"Took my truck to get a oil change and somehow the bolt got stripped out weather it was from them or the last person that did a oil change . Got the truck home and looked under the truck and they painted STRIPPED!!! on my cross member in bright pink. very unprofessional. The regional manager called and offered to have them remove the paint but at that point I already scrubbed it off . Now nobody wants to take responsibility for the stripped bolt and spent 45 minutes scrubbing pink off the cross member."

"My wife found a huge puddle of oil on the garage floor after I left for a road trip to Kalispell, MO and so luckily she contacted me while I was enroute to let me know that I had a leak. I then immediately drove to a nearby Vavoline oil changing shop and they confirmed that the oil filter was not attached correctly and was leaking oil everywhere. I would like to ask that your technicians verify that there are no anomalies found when finishing up maintenance."
