"Five stars all the way! I was in a bind for a big order of wedding invitations - not only did Katy get them printed same day, they look fantastic too. I am so thankful for great local businesses. It saves shipping costs and builds local economy. Great customer service and a pleasure to work with."
"If you want to be IGNORED, go to this shop. They do not care about you or your business. Ridiculous. Just sad for a small town business. Disappointed."
"I make every attempt to buy local when possible, but when the quality of the product or professionalism of the staff simply isnt there- I cant justify it. I have had two negative experiences with the Print Shop, the most recent of which was today where in the middle of helping me, as I'm talking to Lynda- she hears the door chime and simply walks off to go help two new customers she obviously knows. So, I'm left standing there watching her chat it up wondering for a second if in fact she forgot to say "excuse me," or if her "squirrel moment" is just that- a momentary lapse. I realize, this is the sort of quirk I've unfortunately come to expect in Grangeville-but one I definitely WON'T pay for from a small business. I'll make the drive to Lewiston. Eventually, others will too, so if it matters to you, take note. Customer Service is just that- service that depends on your customers. Sincerely, Mrs. Kristi M. Permann-Soto"
"In small towns it is very important to promote and support our local business. That is why when I was in need of some work done by a print shop I stayed local. This proved to be a mistake. Upon talking to Katie initially I was confident she could handle the task and provide a quality product. I had seen multiple mock ups from the original draft I brought in and thought we had a good understanding. Upon receiving the product the size was wrong, there were miss spellings, and the quality was poor. I was having pages fall out after having just started to use the product. So we took it back to show them the issues and ask if they could simply whole punch the item so we could have it hold together with rings. We marked on the product where the holes would go based on measurements. The spelling and the product size could be dealt with until we needed new product. Once we were told they had been hole punched and ready to go, I was again not impressed. Only one of the four was in the correct spots and the other three were completely off of the measurements. Overall product was not worth the price."
"Went in for a basic printing service, the relief help was not friendly at all. No personality and could care less. Didn't end up getting what I needed printed either."
