Mad Mechanics

"So I’ve taken 2 of trucks to this place and I gave them three chances. Each time I left the truck broke down on the way home. Both occasions they never did fix the actual issue but you’d be damn sure they found other issues that were supposedly the problem. Each one of my bills were over $2000, and when it broke down, they didn’t even offer to pay for the tow cost to get it back to the shop because they obviously didn’t fix it right the first time… I would not recommend these mechanics to my enemy, because I would want my enemy to have a chance. I will never go back to these mechanics again talk about a bunch of thieves."

"These guys are awesome. I was traveling from Montana and my truck started having problems. My dispatch gave them a call and they told me to stop in. I pulled up and before I even fot around to the front of the truck. The tech was heading to my truck with his equipment. All and all fast friendly service. Highly recommended if to are in the area"

"When your vehicle breaks down it is never something you expected to pay for. When the bill is more than you thought you may start to question. I fell into that trap myself. However I must say after doing the research I found that they followed the correct procedure based on what was expected. The staff was professional and friendly but, more importantly they took detailed notes about what they saw and did. It was the detailed notes that allowed myself to work though the trap of questions and come to realize their intentions were the best. As I worked through my questions the owner took the time to work with me directly. His demeanor was exactly what I hoped for but, sometimes you rarely find. Any company must profit to stay in business but, it became clear that the owners top priority was that I was taken care of. He has created an impressive culture at his company.
