"Jeff Jacob's is no longer there do to illness. This had right after Jeff meet with use for bid. This has been the worst experience ever ..this started in May week expect 6 to 8 weeks 12 at most till installation . September we gutted the old kitchen. Ready for new. That never came Till October we had to deal with them ... You name it it went wrong They use the original set of plans that where incorrect. Upon installation boxes were out of square uppers and lowers. Nothing was level. Not a little bit I mean I lot. It was addressed to them by me and my contractor In a very professional and respectful manner. 4 times they came back and still was not done correctly. Even after the painters had already painted that they contracted with worst paint job. I've ever seen runs drips. You could literally see the wood grain. No primer was used. Quality of the cabinets was far below what you could buy at home depo I was truly shocked. At the outcome of what they had done. One employee then got into a tirade and started throwing his tools in my home. When he was asked to correct problems that he installed. A second year of high school shop student could have done better. So the project is finally done after I corrected and my contractor corrected several of their problems.at my expense. Even delaying installation of the countertops to correct problems. Even the countertop installers took notice of how unlevel and lack of attention to detail. I had several other contractors look at it and they were shocked by the Lack of quality inconstruction and install. I have received final bill and have emailed them. Trying to contact them for adjustment on the price and a written signed warranty with a contractor of my choosing to repair or replace anything that falls apart. Been waiting. On day 3 I'll have hundreds of pictures. I will post at a later date."

"Received a quote for our kitchen, took about a week, no problems. We changed the design a bit, very minor changes. I went to the shop on a Wednesday to explain the changes. Jeff said he would have a revised quote to me by that Friday. I told him that's perfect, we were ready to schedule the project once I had the revised quote. Three weeks later, still have not heard a word. We ended up going elsewhere and probably spent more, but worth the organization during a kitchen remodel. Our file was probably lost due to the disarray of the office. Very unorganized, would not recommend."

"Cabinets were good quality, customer service was bad. 1) they forgot to order my countertops. 2) they left a bunch of dust in the cabinets 3) they had to wait to install a drawer and some pull outs. 4)when they finally had the countertops installed they had the countertops guy "install" the drawer (aka) he just set it in the house. 5) they removed some yard decorations and never put them back. At least the product was good but look elsewhere if you want to be informed on one of the most expensive renovation projects for your home."

"Good price on the cabinets and the work was done well. We would have liked to have been included more in picking out trim and cabinets functionalities. A few things were assumed by the designer which, could have been disastrous for us, since how many times do you remodel your entire kitchen? All in all, it turned out but not exactly what we wanted."
