"I was in town for business and looking for a unique restaurant that served ethnic food. Was excited to check it out. I got there, was the only one there. Someone sat me at a table and then didn't even come back to offer me a drink, see if I was ready to order or anything.. I waited for a while and not being busy no reason didn't come back to the table. So disappointed. So, I got up and walked out and went next door. Had a cool vibe but didn't get to eat since no one wanted to wait on me."

"This place is a gem. The food used spices I didn't care for but was good. The portions was good for the price. The staff was hard to find at times but was friendly and attentive. I had questions about my food and meal and they shared and educated me. It could be a hang out for college or a place for informal get together. The atmosphere was well done."

"The food was excellent! The lamb was wonderfully spiced and cooked well, although it was a bit tough. The injera was good, and there was plenty served. I ordered fresh mango juice, which is more of a purée, and that was disappointing and not flavorful. Maybe an underripe mango was used. Service was very friendly, although very informal. This is clearly a family business, but the kids and the informality only add to the charm. I’ll be back to try more dishes next time I’m in Garden!"
