"I hardly come to this side of town for lunch , but yesterday I was very pleased with my service, lady I’m thinking the manager was very polite and the place was very clean workers all were polite and with smiles to greet!don’t get that at subway in Walmart, Manager Connie was very helpful and took time to listen what I wanted on my order, definitely a change from other subways in this city! 5 stars! "The lady working here (I think she must be the manager the way she was yelling at the other staff) has to be the nastiest, rudest person in the entire food service industry. I went in this Subway about a month ago and just thought she was having a bad day. After today I am pretty sure that is just her personality. Subway execs you need to act on this before you get a lawsuit."

"I’ve never had a bad experience with this location until today. The manager “Connie” was yelling at her employees the entire time that we were waiting in line. She was making comments such as “this freaking order” and “this freaking job” and shouting demands to her employees. She also managed to shove my order for the other employee to complete. How does someone so rude and unprofessional land a manager position? Cmon Subway do better! I wasn’t the only customer walking out of there extremely annoyed."

"I walked in at 8:35. Immediately the employee says I am not taking any more orders. There was a family of 3 that looked as if they were towards the end with their order. I said I thought you guys closed at 9. The employee responded with “ I have a lot of stuff to do and I am the only one here tonight” I turned around and walked out. The worst service I have had at any restaurant ever …Very disappointed because Subway is my favorite and this particular location has always been great. Unfortunately that is not the case for me anymore. I have worked in food service for years and would never dream of treating a customer that way."
