"We went over lunch and took the food home because it started raining a bit. The food is absolutely delicious. The owner came out and talked to us. He’s super nice and seems excited about his new business. My wife got the quesobirria, I got the birria burger with fries and we split the birria ramen. The quesobirria tacos are fantastic. The burger was a good size and has tons of flavor, I especially liked the toasted bun. The ramen was a pretty big serving with big taste. There were big chunks of meat and the consumee was full of meaty flavor. If you have a chance, swing by and check this place out."
