"Ordered Asada torta. They put roast beef. Called and explained to them. They said, they cut it to small pieces. I told them, I know the difference between steak and roast beef. Steak don't shred in your fingers like roast beef. He finally admitted the cook replace steak with roast beef. I told him I don't want my money back. The principle that matters. Going to try to lie then finally admitted. i told him, he doesn't need to refund me my money back. Instead of trying to lie at the start. I know everyone trying to cut corners but, come on. Roast beef trying to pass as asada. That's unforgivable. Paying more and they throw cheap can roast beef as steak. Shame on them. Lost a customer."

"Really great choices and freshly cooked food. I get the hamburger gordita and my husband gets the barbacoa burrito. I can get one of each of these for less than $8. Best deal in town and they have a drive up window. They also do door dash."

"Best bite I’ve had in Liberal: spicy shredded beef Gordita from Gorditas 2 Go. Also got a steak Gordita which was great, but the shredded beef was just too good. Perfectly seasoned and the right amount of spice. Price is right as well. Definitely check them out!"
