"This place is a hit and miss. Typically run by high schoolers seems like they are inexperienced at getting service times down. Most of their stuff is really good. You end up spending a lot on average between 2 people easily can spend more that 10 bucks for 2 items. When the crowds come especially on those hot summer days and hot summer nights, better plan on waiting for at least 15 minutes. I would say a update to their POS system would help things greatly, including service times. They usually have something different to try from time to time. Like the blizzard of the month."
