"Stopped in here kinda late one evening. They said they were still open as the were cleaning. I figured I would get some rude piss poor service. Was I ever wrong. The two gentlemen that waited on us were extremely courteous. They asked about our order every step of the way and were very generous with the portions. Guys like this make me want to stop back in and grab a bite because of the exceptional service! This need to be addressed as most just review when something is horrible. Great job Miguel and Carlos!!"
"I ordered the ground beef bowl with beans and cheese.. guacamole and hot salsa.. it was only lukewarm and mediocre at best.. lacking in flavor I had to salt it.. they weren't very busy and the dining area was relatively clean.. the food was kinda disappointing to me.."
"This is not the same Qdoba that I remember.. I came in a few times throughout the year just to see if maybe I caught this restaurant on a bad day but unfortunately it’s like this all the time now. I’m from Colorado so I know what to expect and how the food should taste at Qdoba. However, this location always seems to have beans that are undercooked, hard rice, fajita veggies that are uncooked, and raw chips with no salt. The customer service only accentuates the poor food. Not to mention, the lobby is always dirty, no tables clean to sit at and the trash is always overflowing. I want to be excited again about having a Qdoba local (in town) but this is just disappointing."
"6 months later, I visited Colby again with my husband and had a burrito bowl. Brisket, black beans, all the veggies, double guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled onions, lettuce and more. Yum! It was delicious. Friendly helpful staff. No complaints! I'll leave my original review, and add pictures of our lunch today... 5 ⭐ both times. (August 2022) My husband, son and grandson all ate at Qdoba, and I was with them. Their burrito bowls all looked delicious to me. They all said there was a great selection of choices for creating a bowl for their own taste. I liked what I saw. I look forward to trying it next time."
"Passing through the state and we stopped for lunch. Ordered the typical giant burrito, and wasn’t disappointed. Decent flavors, though would have loved if their ‘hot’ sauce actually held any heat. Burrito was a touch dry, though edible."
