"Amazing staff! They are kind, helpful, and not pushy. I am not a fan of salesman that are trying to force a sale. These people were not at all. Took us about a week to make a decision. We basically visited everyday for 4-5 days. Each time we came in, they were happy to help and answer more questions we had and never made us feel uncomfortable or like we had to make a purchase. Highly recommend!"
"We purchased the Barbados sectional and the brackets that hold the pieces together do not align properly so the pieces look warped in the back of the couch. Also one of the armrest cushions is permanently squished from being shipped. I told the men that delivered what to do from here and they said to do a warranty claim since I bought the warranty. I submitted a claim and told I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. I did not so I called again. Then told I would hear back by the next Monday. I still did not and so called again.and told I would hear back the next Monday again. Today is Wednesday. UPDATE: I was contacted after review posted and they will be repairing couch. Update: couch has been repaired and looks great where they repaired the misalignment."
"A BIG thank you from the start in the showroom with Dan and the other sales rep, to Nick and Malachi on delivery, set-up and answering my questions and ensuring the heavy table was placed exactly where I wanted it to be and that I properly understood how to open it to place the leaves. The whole experience was fantastic in every way! I loved the no-pressure approach and all my questions were answered right away."
"First I would like to state that the piece of furniture I bought is great, I only have one minor complaint about it (the cushions pop off it constantly because they put the strap to secure them on the sides instead of the back). This review is not about the couch I purchased, but the service I have received. In April 2023 my boyfriend and I walked into wallaroos looking for a new couch, we wanted a sectional. The sales attendant was new and over eager, but friendliest guy you'd ever meet. We decided on a sectional that came with new free sofa covers because the model had been left in the sun. I also purchased a back order for an ottoman and cover for it. We received the ottoman maybe a week after purchase, the ottoman was missing one of the feet so it didn't sit correctly. After being disgruntled a bit by that, I decided it was just way too big with our current set up and returned it the following week. This is where the trouble began. I called customer service to ask how to process a refund, was told they didn't do that over the phone and to bring the ottoman in. Did just that, was told they absolutely cannot process returns in person. All was fine, they said I could leave the ottoman there and they would get the partial cancellation (the cover for the ottoman) and the refund for the ottoman processed. This took maybe 4-6 weeks and many phone calls. First they told me it was being processed and they'd send a receipt, had to call 3x before they finally sent a receipt. Didn't understand my refund amount, and was told that they take 25% for cancellations AND another 25% for returns - so 50% off my refund. Ok, whatever, that's their policy. I move on. Weeks go by and I start to get annoyed because I have not received my covers for the couch, I'm talking from April to August still nothing. I have been told that they would take 5 weeks. I call again, am told that there's a new truck coming and it should be happening anytime, told they would keep me updated and call me back. Surprise, they never do. I call again 2 weeks later. I finally am told that it is not 5 weeks, it's 20 weeks. Again I am told that they just got a shipment, and they will keep in touch with me. It's been almost 2 months since I last heard from them, and well over 20 weeks. I have not gotten a single cover and was charged for the cancellation of the ottoman which I returned and canceled all within 2 weeks. It is absolutely ridiculous. The people on the phone are polite, but obviously have no idea what is going on in their own company and the memory of a goldfish. This experience has been so incredibly frustrating and awful that I will never purchase a piece of furniture from this company again."
