"Based on previous information from this company, the last time I called them checking on my order, I've literally been expecting a call, any day, for the last week---to pick up our completed order. Communication from them to me has been non-existent! Ive been patient! I finally "called them" this morning, Novemver 14th, only to be told that now I'm looking a least into mid to late December for my order! I don't want to hear excuses! If my order wasn't going to be ready by the first to second week of November--- as I was told----they should have been contacting me!!! I will never do business with these folks nor will I recommend them to anyone! Obviously, they really don't value their customers! Customer service is a thing of the past!"
