"Bought a rig from TS&S and was told it was inspected and nothing was found to be an issue, I was out of town buyer and took their word for it since I was getting it shipped and thought since they are a larger dealership they’ll be true to their word, the rig showed up and from the first test drive It felt to bouncy in the front, had my shop look at it and it ended up need all four shocks and both front cv axles which ran about $2000 in repairs, reached out to Jose who I worked with there but never heard back, if you want to buy a vehicle from this dealer I recommend taking it to a shop for inspection first and don’t pay their dealer fees they try to add on to the purchase price after you negotiate.. a $561 government fee is a made up fee to get extra money of the buyer."

"Had my heater core replaced at this repair center, so far a magnetic tool , a bolt and a rubber seal has fallen from under the dash ? Communication was difficult at best, they try to do everything by text . Companies forget that it’s as easy as pick up the phone and dial it. We will see if they contact me to make this right. I’ll call ASAP. 1-24-2024 Update they called the very next day have made an appointment with me to correct items of concern. Headed the right way."

"TS&S service staff were highly courteous, knowledgable and direct. I ordered a coolant flush, for which they provided pickup and dropoff service so I didn't need to take work off. During the process the technicians encountered a small issue, for which they called to inform me. It took an extra 1/2 day to get my rig back, but issues come up in the auto world sometimes, and it was totally understandable. My rig came back to me just fine, and they had conducted courtesy checks on system vitals as well. Thank you guys"

"I set up an appointment for my Ford Chassis Class C RV because TS&S Ford in Madras is one of just a couple commercial Ford Service Centers in Oregon that can take RVs. They were very helpful and accommodating and took care to complete an ABS module programming update that I couldn’t get anyone else to do. It took literally just a few minutes to do the update and my RV was in and out in an hour. Maria and Esli were both very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone with a Ford Chasis RV needing service to take your RV here. In fact, anyone with any Ford service will not be disappointed. Best customer service I’ve ever had at a dealership service center. It makes me want to buy my next vehicle from this dealership because it’s obvious they have created an excellent work culture with employees who truly want to help their customers. A++++"
