"After being rear ended and having a witness that confirms this I was told that it was word vs word and that I would have to pay for my damages as well as any rentals after a month after the accident occurred. If you want poor customer service countless games of phone tag and blatant disrespect this insurance is for you. They do not care about their customers at all. Marcella was my claims representative and she was terrible about communicating and will spin you lies. Do not use this insurance"

"Company added my already insured grandson to my account without my consent because we had the same address, then refused to return the money they stole for his insurance saying what they did was legal and a refund wouldn't be issued. Was told they sent an email and since I didn't respond they charged my account. Why should I respond to something I didn't request? Then they said they would keep the money they had stolen and would cancel my policy once the money ran out. Shady business!"

"We were lied to from the start regarding payments and prices, then progressive left us uninsured as far as our homeowners goes for a month. Once we got that figured out, they lied to us again, and told us that they would guarantee our payment to be cheaper than we were paying come to find out it’s $100 more and then two weeks later progressive informs us they don’t offer the coverage were needing I do not recommend progressive . "Worse insurance company ever. Daughter was in a car accident that was not her fault. Car was awarded to me in divorce. They are still waiting on my ex husband to sign the odometer disclosure which he won’t do. So they are doing nothing. Car is legally mine and they are doing nothing I have to call and email daily. Daughter has no car and no down payment because progressive is doing nothing. This has been going on for two months. Do not, I repeat, do not ever get insurance with this company"
