"If you’re looking for a five star med spa look no further, there’s one in Payette!! What drew me in to Symmetry Med Spa was the IV therapy they offer since the closest IV therapy has been in Meridian in the past. I was a bit hesitant until I found out Brandy is an RN, and she would be the one poking me with the needle. I have now been there twice for the immunity IV and have had no problems, even though I have small veins!! This is such a great service especially during the cold winter months. They offer many different IV solutions so check them out. Since there is a registered nurse and a nurse practitioner (in addition to aesthetician) in the office, they can offer full facial rejuvenation that goes deeper than what you can get at a regular spa treatment. Being a med spa they have additional things like an ultrasound machine and emergency meds on hand which is comforting in case of a bad reaction to something. I don’t get major rejuvenation myself, but I appreciate the fact they are prepared even though the likelihood of a bad reaction is small. I just found out they also do weight loss medication and that’s something I might look into for the future. Overall, once you reach a certain age, you have more experience in spa treatments and I give them five stars they do a great job."
