Preventive Dental Care

"He keeps doing root canals when the tooth isn't hurting nore does it have a bad cavity. Maybe more needed a filling. And on top of that. Having to wait months in pain. Being told they have no availability and will put me on the cancelation list still haven't heard nothing. A filling fell out .tooth has gotten really bad. They never even put a cap on the tooth after a root canal just left it for it to be exposed and a nerve is showing and is extremely painful. Not to mention these issues are on different sides of the mouth. It's hard to eat. And I've been in pain for now 5 months. I'm going to be looking for another dentist. I should have left years ago but I tried to stick it through. But everything people say about the place sadly it's true. I'm sorry but never wasting my time there again. Also sorry for the Grammer my phone isn't working properly and I do apologize."

"One star because the x-ray technician and dental hygienist were pleasant. However the Dr. is a joke. I actually believe he has mental issues. Highly NOT Recommended. Very rude, unprofessional and not kind."

"I developed a (pocket) after the wisdom teeth extraction I received...it was gross and I was furious, so I went to a different dentist . This other dentist said that the pocket was probably because my wisdom teeth where impacted for so long . He continued to say that the root canal was done very expertly by preventive dental and the wisdom teeth extraction was darn near impossible to pull off, yet it was also pulled off flawlessly. Infact it was one of the best root canals he had seen and one of the most arduous wisdom teeth extractions possible. They did lose my x-rays and I needed to do a second round of xrays. All in all they did a good job considering I have medical and I didn't pay for any of it. Only real down side is I am waiting a long time for my root canal to be capped . They are suppose to be capped withing 30 days. I probably should have asked them to approve the cap from my insurance before hand and also schedule the capping in advanced to avoid the possibility of the filling deteriorating before the cap can be put in place . Lesson learned ... This place is busy and the dentist is skilled . I will be using them in the future if my insurance will allow it ."

"The reviews on this make the Dr. Han seem far scarier than he is. His communication is absolutely god awful, but he seems to have done the job I needed done, quickly and with minimal pain. If you need a hand holder, he's not the guy. Beyond that, I had x-rays and and 9 teeth pulled in under an hour and a half. Wife was a little annoyed....thought she'd have more time away from me. All business with Han. Come prepared to get to work. (If you're reasonably stoic otherwise, he will immediately tend to pain you feel with no hesitation). 5 stars if he or his staff would give a running play by play so I wasn't so clueless as to where we were in the procedure."

"I had my upper teeth pulled and dentures at the same time. I thought the Doctor and all the staff were highly trained and absolutely knew what they were doing. If a staff member was new and not sure of something the Doctor was right on it. If I couldn't understand what the Dr. was saying, a staff member was right there to explain it to me. He runs a tight ship and the results were awesome. I do believe they don't get the credit they deserve. I rate them as the best. Linda Renk"
