"The employee, Bae, was not only extremely knowledgeable, she was so incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable to approach her with questions. Also an incredible sales rep, I planned on purchasing $20 worth of product and spent a little more than $40, but the best part is I didn’t feel pressured to buy more, I WANTED to because of her excitement about the products she had to offer. I’m so excited to try all my new stuff and wanted to tell this location that you’re so lucky to have an employee like Bae!"

"I don't go to Sally's as often as I used to especially at this location, and sooo far the customer service here is pretty good. I've met two employees during evening hours "Bae"(pink hair) & "selena"(black hair). Bae was really friendly and helpful and has great customer service. I really come to sally beauty "mainly for the earrings" that they sell and sometimes hair styling products."

"Went here to find hair color, Jennifer was amazing and very helpful. I then began to talk to her about my mother who is currently going through chemo and losing hair. Jennifer was very sweet and helped me find products for her hair and skin and even gave me tips on things to avoid such as baby oil baths which kept making my mother's skin worse and we never knew why. A suggestion to the owner to have the employees wear name tags, that way we can praise them more in reviews! Jennifer thank you so much!"

"Here I am in Spokane I have very little time. I went to Sally to pick up some standard hair color. They did not have the right color so they sent me 35 minutes north to a Sally in northtown who they had called to check if they had the right color. The communication level was very poor. They do not have the right color so half of my day is wasted driving around. I would recommend before going to call find out exactly what they have and don't ever go just to check."
