"We had a simple issue with our toilet being clogged and it took the technician 2 minutes of work to unclog it. Extremely easy and just needed a quick snake. We were charged $300. I received a follow-up phone call asking how the service went etc. and I told them everything went fine except the fact that we were extremely Taken aback by the price of literally 2 minutes of work. I mean….. that’s ridiculous. This has nothing to do with the technician or service received but I NEVER got a call back after being given the runaround that someone will call me from the finance department. After 3 calls, I was told that “she’s working on calling you back shortly” and still have yet to receive a call. I cannot stand bad customer service and regret not going with another local company that I can guarantee would’ve been half the price. I will not be using their services for anything anymore, especially after doing more research and seeing all the other horrific reviews about them."

"We recently had Right Now replace our polybutelene plumbing with PEX-A. Although they did good with a few years ago being with our HVAC system, I would not recommend them for plumbing. They took twice as long as they said, cut our electric wiring, and said nothing about it, nor did they attempt to fix the damaged lines. They left our house a mess with wood chips from drilling holes everywhere and drywall dust all over. They didn't properly reconnect our dryer and didn't reconnect the p-trap to our half bath sink. They never cleaned up the blood from one of the employees' injuries. I would never hire them again."
