"If you want to come here, if your truck driver, these are the most rudest people ever the gay guy I don’t know his name wouldn’t tell me very disrespectful, rolling his eyes while he’s explaining things to you. I have never in my life get your life together man you need Jesus Jesus Christ what a horrible person."
"The showers are tiny and cramped. The store is small. They have 1 washer. And there is almost no parking because there are a lot of dropped trailers. Easily the worst flying j I’ve ever been to."
"Boise Flying J, I've been a loyal customer at the Boise Flying J for over three years, consistently fueling four trucks there, totaling around $28,000 per month in fuel expense. Today, while changing a tire on one of my trailers in a secluded area of the parking lot, an individual named Curtis, (presumably a Flying J employee) approached me. Despite having changed numerous tires in the same location over the years without any problems, Curtis insisted that I should have asked him for permission to perform the tire change in the lot. I've interacted with the staff numerous times during similar situations in the past, and no one has raised concerns before. It's perplexing why Curtis singled me out. Nevertheless, I completed the tire change, and my truck continued on its way to get loaded. If Flying J takes issue with my tire changes in their parking lot, despite the lack of previous problems, I am more than willing to take my substantial monthly fuel expenditure elsewhere. While the majority of the staff at this location has been helpful and kind over the years, Curtis seemed to engage in a power trip with no apparent reason. I advise others to reconsider using this Flying J station, especially as long as Curtis is in a position of authority, as he appears to have issues with truckers. His approach and attitude was terrible..."
"Good job Curtis. Keep running off paying customers and soon you will be sitting there by yourself. Just because someone parks for a minute, or happens to make arrangements to meet with a traveling family member there, ,does not mean they are vagrant or camping in your parking lot camping out there. There are no services that you provide that the TA right up the road can't provide. Take a class on customer service."
