"What a Joke, This company not only charges ridiculous amount for installation but their machines are garbage. My boyfriend Saturday night while in caldwell (we live in Kuna) went to head home went to use the machine for the car to start and it said malfunction. Called the company they said for him to have it towed home and they would come and look at it Monday. Here we are Tuesday had to pay a ridiculous amount for it to be towed home, and still unable to use the vehicle. He has missed 3 days of work technician came out and said the device is defective even though he has already had it and it had been using it for quite some time. Not impressed with their business or their lack of effort into addressing this issue"

"The f@#%ing fact that it will go off while I'm driving to work after obviously passing the start up test and then fail while driving and then after 3 minutes of it counting down to test again, I pass! And now I am being charged 90+ dollars for this is ridiculous. The are stealing from people and it is not ok."
