She was very communicative for both appointments, sending me the sketches a few days before and asking for any changes I’d like. If I had an idea like, “Can we do this one in blue ink instead of black?” she was always happy to run with it. The studio was clean, Abby made sure to sterilize everything while communicating what she was doing and why, and she even gave me a small after-care kit. I highly recommend!"
