"I am really torn because as a parent, I was completely ripped off and my son received 3/4 of his service. It comes down to not conveying expectations or outcomes of services. My son's neck was shaved and some of his attempt at a beard was trimmed. This was not a 'clean up' like previously received here. My man-child took pictures later that day looking like a scraggly dude off the mountain men tv series with a vitamin deficiency and weird patches of beard hair missing. The patchy beard might have been addressed by the barber and a shorter cut suggested... My bad for not being there but it's also on the barber to make suggestions for a style that might be more well suited to the individual."

"Lee was great, he was so nice and took care of me. I've never been to a barber before and he recommended giving me a basic haircut to start out with, and tips going forward, with adjustments that fit me personally for my daily life. Definitely going to come back"

"Since we first went there a couple years ago my 2 older boys loved it and made it their barber shop. I was taking them to a salon in North Town Mall until 1 of the women there said she didn't know how to do a fade and that was it. Lee explained to me how barbers have alot more training hours under their belt vs the women in a salon who's credentials come with their cosmetology training. We not there all the time but when they do get hair cut this has been the spot since the 1st time and my boys don't plan on switching anytime soon. Thanks for your hard work Chop Shop!"

"Great atmosphere, clean, and awesome barbers. Very chill and I did not feel awkward being in there. Getting a fade as a woman is an internal challenge for me when I visit a barber shop. Thank you Lee and JB! I'm definitely returning in the future."
