"A competent but hasty job and mediocre results. I had the impression the barber was trying to get their shift over as fast as possible."
"So glad I found this place!! I sent my husband here after an endless amount of bad haircuts at the Airway ManShop. Tina cut his hair today and it looks SO good, the best it has ever looked. He will definitely be returning!!"
"Got my son’s haircut in 08/31/23, by a very new hair stylist. Men’s haircut is $28. I tipped a very nice $10 (haircut wasn’t great, but she was new and I wanted to show her some support). Paid a total of $38. Got a phone call that night from the general manager Heather, accusing me of not paying. She requested text proof that I paid, I sent her proof of payment from my credit card statement. Next visit was 01/28/2024. The minute I walked in, the manager (not general manager) seemed eager to tell me I owed for a visit in August. There was apparently some note on my account that I didn’t pay. Explained that I had already texted proof to the general manager. The manager said “ok”, but I didn’t feel I was believed. Offered to show proof again, she eagerly accepted, and almost hovered over me like she thought I was going to skip out on paying again. Again showed proof. The manager then was more kind. It sucks to feel accused when you’re an honest person and try to tip well. Won’t be going back."
"From coming from The Man Shop in airway heights where I felt they didn’t value me at all having me wait endlessly with no hint for how long. No surprise when you go to a place where people feel they have to earn your business the experience is 1000x better and the price was better than the other barbers. I’ll only go here now I don’t remember my barbers name but I’m sure she remembers me if she wants the spotlight."
"I have had cuts from several different barbers here. Last time Mia cut my hair and i thought she did a great job. Appreciate being able to book on-line now and get in same day."
