"Rachel is a good barber, but her scheduling system STINKS! All electronic scheduling. Once you book on line it then has to "accept" your appointment. So you put it on your calendar, and go on with life expecting an "accept appointment" email or text that never comes. So you don't actually have an appointment. You just think you do! Very poor system."
