"I purchased a 2018 vehicle a couple weeks ago. It was sold to me as a one owner vehicle with all functions working properly. A few days after owning it, it was cold so I went to turn on the heated steering wheel. It didn’t work. I reached out to the dealership to get it fixed. They told me that I didn’t purchase the extra warranty they offer so they won’t fix it. They sold me a car with a defect and refuse to take responsibility. If it was something that worked when the car was sold to me, that would be one thing. But selling a car that has things that don’t work and not stating it and then refusing to fix it, that is shady business. The managers refuse to call me back and my salesperson is basically saying I’m out of luck. Spokane is too small to be doing this kind of business. I will be buying my cars elsewhere from now on and letting people know about my experience."
