"I went in for an oil change. They didn’t check any of my fluids or tire pressure. At the end I had to ask them to fill up my tires with air. The lady who was checking me out seemed very annoyed that I asked and then went over to the group of guys who were working. They then all proceeded to laugh and make fun of me for asking for my tires to be filled up. They were only two feet away from my car and my window was down so I could hear everything. After about two minutes one guy finally came up and filled them up. When I was being checked out, the cashier took my car from me and went over to the register, when I got my receipt emailed to me, I saw that she had signed for me. The service was extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning to jiffy lube for an oil change again. I had been to this location once before and they did a great job. Checked all my fluids and filled my tires up without asking. This last experience was so awful and annoying that it has ruined it for me."

"I appreciate the staff at this location for being very communicative with me and explaining what they're doing and why. They took great care of my car and gave 100% of their effort and attention into doing the best they could given the circumstances. Because there were some unexpected issues with the car the oil change took longer than expected but they gave me a discount for waiting which was really nice of them. Friendly people. Will come again."
