"My wife and daughter went into this store today. It was during an Oktoberfest celebration and the lady at the table outside was very nice saying that they were open until 8 that night instead of 5. After they went in, they were greeted by someone else and after asking what they were coming in for, were promptly told that since they were having an Oktoberfest celebration (for the public...) that they'd have to make an appointment for next week. Disappointed in the customer service by some, which is a bummer, because the other lady seemed so kind and welcoming."
