"It's just disgusting. Look at how the master sent me home, I'm not talking about what she did to my hair on the sides and bangs. I don't know who checked this master. But I do know one thing, whenever I came to this place, every time the master checked the records of my haircut preferences and other masters did a great job, but not Leah's master. Men's Cut Fri, Feb 23rd 2024, 6:20 PM. This master was apparently too difficult to do it, I had to tell everything how to do it, with the master just did not hear me and did as he sees fit. I wrote a review to them at zenoti, but after almost a week no one has apologized. And this haircut cost me 29$ and 3$ tip, for the fact that I then had to correct the crookedness of the master. I will never go to this place again and will not recommend it to anyone!"

"Not as good as they used to be. After 2+ years as a loyal customer I will not be back. Don't waste your time on them as they obviously won't value your time. Set an appointment for 4:10, arrived 15 mins early and at 4:30 i was STILL waiting. They only had 2 people cutting hair and there were no customers waiting when i arrived. It wasn't until i asked who the manager was and said i was leaving that a 3rd person came out from the back. Why even bother with appointments if you have to make customers wait 20-30 mins AFTER their scheduled appointment to get them seated?! I used to recommend this place but not anymore. For the price you can get better service elsewhere."

"Tawnee has been exceptional, she's been my barber for a while and now I bring my sons in as well. I constantly get compliments on my fade for weeks after. She's definitely the only one I'd trust to line up my beard."

"The staff here, led by a customer-centric and skilled manager, are great. They work hard to maintain the easy to navigate online schedule, but I've seen them take steps to help nervous children and a prom emergency. Children are treated with respect and have fun. I will not go anywhere else for my child or my own haircut as long as the staff remains."

"Price is average. You don't seem to get overcharged for services rendered. Friendly staff. Always on time when you go online for appointment. I come away feeling clean and crisp like a new man. Very great with my 4 year old. We have established this establishment as our primary barber."
