"Felt extremely disappointed when I went in this last Sunday. Person cutting my hair just assumed I only wanted a cut. Didn’t offer any other services to me just said ok and walked me to the register. Also had me facing sideways from the mirror the entire time which I thought was weird. Everyone else let you see what’s happening during your cut. Not going back."
"Would give ZERO stars if an option. They don't seem to screen for sanity at this location. Went in for a haircut, was argued with by the 'stylist' (for lack of a better word) calling herself 'V'. She refused to cut my hair per my request and then got in my face and began yelling at me. I was the only customer in the salon at that time so I'm guessing that's why it was allowed. The other staff just stood there. Needless to say, I walked out. Absolute lunacy!"
"Joey is the girl to go to!!! She is the ONLY person I trust to touch my hair after taking years growing it out. While keeping my hair healthy, she is always so friendly, well mannered and is just great to vibe with! Joey takes her time to make sure that you will get the haircut that you envision and if needed, she provides education and alternate suggestions to make sure you look and feel your best. This is definitely one of the better great clips locations I’ve been to in the area. Thank you to all the lovely people that work there!"
