"I have a wheelchair van that has a ramp and there’s a bracket that pulls the chain to lift the ramp that has three screws, one of them is broken off, one of them is completely missing, and the last one looked like it was barely holding on for dear life. I looked up on the Internet to find a place near me that has screws and lo and behold I found Tacoma screws. When I went inside, I found a gentleman name Dan. Dan instantly was willing to help me. He knew exactly what I needed. He checked to make sure that the screw would fit because I had none to bring in the show him up. I am extremely grateful for him and all his help, now I have 10 extra screws just in case and I need to get this completely fixed ."

"Little lifesaver to find these guys. From out of town needing some really special metric hardware. They not only had it they had it in multiple sizes of everything I could need. And so far they've gotten everything I need in stock except for something that no one has in stock. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff very clean and nice store. "It's a great place for finding fasteners that Lowe's and Home Depot don't carry, but it's also a great place for waiting in line for an excessive amount of time. They really need a better check out system, more employees, or something to expedite the customer service process."
