"I went to Kaitlyn and asked for blonde ends with roots to match my natural ashy blonde and a layered haircut. I thought we had communicated well but I walked out with deep brown hair, patchy blonde highlights and a choppy haircut. She promised that the brown on my roots would fade to match my natural color but it did not and I ended up having a very clear line of grow out which was the entire thing I was trying to avoid. I asked her if she could fix it and she was going to charge me $80 to do so. I did not go back."

"The owner was very helpful and super friendly. She has a lot of experience too. The cut I asked for is not the easiest cut but she knew what she was doing and gave me exactly what I wanted. I loved how she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with it."
