"Took my truck in to get a dent repaired and a chipped window replaced. Got the call it was done. Went in to pay (out of pocket) and pick it up. If I hadn’t of looked at it I would’ve paid for a window that was never replaced. Was told I still had to pay for the window at first. They did end up taking that charge off since it was never done after arguing with them. After looking at the paint there’s dirt in the paint in two areas also the reflection to the surrounding areas is off where they sanded the door and I can still feel the dent , very noticeable on an almost brand new truck. Not happy with their quality at all, won’t be taking any future business to lithia."
