"Intoxalock is not customer service oriented. Their system might be good for the employees but they are difficult to navigate and the supervisors that are supposed to assist CLIENTS, are not supportive. The supervisors have a really bad attitude and are in need of training in listening to the Client. I am not sure what they trained to do, but actually communicating effectively is lacking. Understanding and cooperation are basics of providing a positive customer service experience , intoxalot provides neither!"
