"I would not recommend them as they would not consider repairing my older car under self insurance. Arrogant and self satisfied in my opinion."

"These guys were amazing until they worked with my insurance company and totaled out my car. I chose to buy it back and went to pick it up. Upon pickup the bumper was detached, and everybody there told me that the insurance company doesn't pay them enough to attach it back on. Well I have some experience working for an auto body shop and no for a fact that it takes a maximum of 30 minutes to remove a bumper. My bumper only has seven fasteners. My insurance company pay them $245 to create the estimate. That means it takes Hoffman's Auto body $35 per fastener to remove the bumper. I would think that if they cared about their jobs and their customers that they could take 5 minutes out of their day and attach the bumper. What I ended up doing was attaching it myself in their parking lot. The bumper was missing two of the parking parking assist sensors and one of them was actually torn off with the wires exposed. If you go anywhere to have your car worked on and somebody says they don't pay me enough avoid them at all costs. I told my insurance company that it would be a bad idea to pay them but I also realized this is probably futile which is why I'm writing this review. I believe Hoffman's needs to be held accountable so I will be filing a civil lawsuit as well as this review. I am not happy with this company nor will I ever endorse them."

They were so kind and compassionate to me and let me walk their property to see if there were more kittens that might need to be rescued. Thank you!"

"I have a 2022 BMW X3 M40i and I decided I would try to take out a parking garage pole after 1,000 miles. The entire side of my car had huge damage from the front to the rear (don't ask how) as well as the wheels and steering. Honestly I didn't think anyone could fix it as it was bad bad bad. If you saw it you would have thought it was totalled. I went to Hoffman on advice of a coworker since I am new to Boise (I also interviewed two other providers). The Hoffman team was amazing. They made my car brand new. Chad kept me up to date the whole way and I have no complaints. I was impressed at their ability to work on my BMW (along with the electronics). Top notch. A+ work and I would use them again in a second. Their paint work is superior (I have special paint) and their mechanical/body ability is superior. I am not affiliated with them in any way nor did I know about them until I was referred by a coworker. Great service and their expertise shows in the high quality of my vehicle repair. Can you tell I am ecstatic?!!! Awesome job by Chad and the Hoffman team! Go here with confidence!"
