"I have used Resilient many times to help my hospice patients get home quickly. Many times on weekends and evenings. they go the extra mile and always follow up if they are running behind or need to change times. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. My latest experiences include changing a transport planned for tomorrow afternoon to today with only 3 hours notice, and another one helping my big burly bedbound guy up a steep staircase on a transport chair so he could be home with his family. Thank you for that extra support you provide we see it and appreciate it."
"We were very pleased with your service yesterday. The transport arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. But that was okay since it took a few minutes to get me secured in the wheelchair. We arrived at our appointment on time. When we needed to be picked, the van was there in 20 minutes. We found the drivers to be courteous, competent, and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. We will definitely have them again for our transport needs. Thank You. Margaret and Phil Carroll"
"Have been using wheelchair transportation alot over last few months, atleast two dozen times. Resilient has always showed up on time and dispatch was easy to work with. Prices are fair, now to why two stars. Drivers do not drive as smooth as other transportation companies, accelerating too fast and stopping too hard causing customer to shift repeatedly. More then on one occasion driver fails to tighten straps and/or fails to strap seatbelt on wheelchair bond patient. Drivers lack training to load bariatric wheelchair patient without tipping forward. After using this company and others plenty of times Resilient transport is definitely the "F Troop" of the transportation industry. I do not recommend Resilient Transportation."
"Used this company when I was in a wheelchair with a bad leg injury. Driver didn't strap the rear of my wheelchair correctly and the first time she made a hard brake I went flying forward... tipping onto my leg, saving myself from seriously injury by bracing myself on the seats in front of me. I contacted the manager... I felt entitled to an apology. Didn't get one. He said he would conduct an internal investigation. He did return a call to ask me to tell him what happened, and I told him. Also told him at that time I would appreciate a refund on the trip since well... it sucked so bad. Never got the refund, never got an apology, never heard back about the outcome of the investigation. Do not use this company. Use Victory Transport. Cheaper, cleaner and newer vehicles, very kind and careful drivers."
"It is unfortunate that I have to write this review. today was third time that I have called this company to transport my wife to an appointment. When we scheduled the first time the driver showed up on time and transported us to the appointment. It was a doctors appointment and so we could not say an exact time for pick up. we called and then waited an hour and five minutes to be transported home. Ok things happen. So I called for a second ride for my wife who is in a wheelchair to her doctor. Well guess what they showed up at the time of the appointment. We went anyway and that day we were lucky they worked us in even though we were 20 minutes late. The call for the ride this time was only about a 50 minute wait. Ok do you are welcome to think what an idiot. I called for a third try and I added 15 minutes to the time needed to arrive. At the time of the appointment 45 minutes late they had still not arrived of course it didn't matter any longer as I called the Doctor's office and they told me we would have to reschedule. If you are thinking of calling someone for a ride in my opinion after three failed trips that you should call another company. This company did not either time call me and alert me to the fact that they could not fulfill the ride they did not call and let us know things were running late. I had to follow up. Don't believe the hype on the website about being on time. They have no idea what that phrase means. Jim Vogler Meridian Idaho"
