They gave me a quote that was pretty accurate but made sure that I understood that it could change once they opened everything up and saw the extent of the damage. They communicated well about when parts would arrive, when I could drop my car off and even completed the job a day earlier than they thought they would. They were friendly and worked well with the insurance company. When I picked my car up, they even left some extra touch up paint in my cup holder. Overall a super positive experience.
