"Tony was the kindest gentleman in dealing with me on a timeframe with my car. He was very professional and honest! Even when I was unhappy, he was still very nice and positive. He communicated every step of the way and went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quick as parts would allow. Thank you Tony for making a stressful situation work out for the best!"
"I worked with Tony at the collision center and the service was top notch. I received my vehicle faster than expected and the repairs were flawless. Thank you so much for the thorough communication with my insurance and the fantastic service. I will definitely recommend and use again!!"
"Well we gave company a try threw insurance after filing a claim from my car being hit. The communication was very minimal. It took them 2 weeks to decide on a mechanic to look at my car, so my car sat there. We had to pay 2 extra weeks for a car rental unnecessarily. It ended up being almost a month of a car rental. It took another week for them to look at the car and order parts. Which I felt they could have done when I provided the list of damages after being estimated by insurance. Very confusing. They had no parking so was unsure the safety of my car and where to park. Not sure if this was a great experience. Then the guy wouldn't call till the end of the day to give an update."
"Took our 2016 Subaru Outback to LH Miller Collision to have a damaged piece of trim molding on the tailgate replaced. We had waited 3 weeks after the estimate for an appointment to drop off the car. At the time of the estimate the service advisor Kyle would not give us an appointment to do the repair. After the car was at LH Miller for a week I called and left a message for Kyle to give me a call. He did not return my call, the next day I called his direct line and did catch him. The conversation was a bit off and I felt like he was annoyed that I was asking for an update. Didn't get any information other than the repairs neededed additional parts. Asked if he would call when the parts came in so we could get an ETA on repairs. No call back. Another week went by and no word so I called again. Oh yea the parts are in Kyle said. So any idea when repairs will be done? No. Third week called again and now ETA was two days out. When we arrived to pick up our car The woman at the front desk wanted me to sign for the repairs before we inspected the car. I would not. Another encounter with Kayle followed where I discovered that the moulding was installed out of alignment and there was a cut on the driver seat. After six weeks we were looking at an unsatifactory repair job and damage to the front seat of the Outback. We now are faced with another go round to address these issues. Not looking forward to another trip to LH Miller collision."
"After being told my car would be fixed in four days, Larry H. Miller Collision Center had my car for a month and a half. Unfortunately, the communication from my salesman, Kyle, was extremely limited, and I had to initiate contact to get updates. To make matters worse, when they returned my car, the battery was dead, and I discovered a nail in the tire. Now, I have a misaligned bumper that sticks out (see photos), and I'm unsure how to fix it. Considering my experience, I cannot trust them to rectify the issue. I'm deeply disappointed with this company, and I would advise others to seek alternative options for their automotive needs."
