"For the past 6 months or so, getting a receipt at the pump has been a hassle. Two-thirds of the time, it says 'See Clerk (or Cashier) For Receipt'. Last week I called over the intercom and was told they had lost the key to replace the receipt paper. Same pump a few days later gave me the receipt, so I assume they found the key. Same pump today, no receipt. I know that this is actually a petty issue, but in today's world of convenience and one-touch everything, this is definitely falling behind. Of course I want the receipt, but if I had time to come inside and wait in line, I would have just opted to pay inside. Never had this problem across the street at Maverik."
