"I just needed to offer a shout out and much love to the Meridian Ulta. I went to the store for order pick up on December 23rd, dangerously close to the last shopping day before Xmas. The lines were long and the staff was hustling. I was greeted and helped right away and treated so well. It’s hard to be in retail and even harder to be in retail during the holidays. The staff deserves an A+- they handled the stress beautifully. And thanks for carrying Dior Sauvage- and wrapping it for me too. :)"

"I really love this place. Have been purchasing items for myself here over the last 4 years and for my teenage daughter for the last year. All the staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. Rama and her manger Sky (hoping I am spelling their names correctly) are especially wonderful to me: patient, down-to-earth, who x elke T in service, and sweet. I am not usually big on make-up. But now I am better at it and inspired for more self-care because they helped me. They both recommended great skincare products too and even recognized me when I came back for a few more products. Always making me and my daughter feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend."

"I’ve usually loved ulta but this time I’m very disappointed. I bought a lip oil on Black Friday that was mixed up with lip stains and accidentally bought it on sale. I tried to exchange it hoping for the same price but the lazy girl with this Egyptian symbol of life around her neck ignored me and made me pay for price even though I told her I wanted to either exchange it or get my money back. I went in again because I shouldn’t have paid for price for them being disorganized and screwing up and that girl didn’t care either. Every girl that works up at those registers just chats with each other and rolls their eyes. Honestly a self checkout stand could do their job and be nicer about it. Horrible service never coming back again."

Although I usually shop online, I decided to visit the store to check out a few lipstick shades in-person. To my pleasant surprise, the store had undergone a major upgrade that improved every aspect of the shopping experience, including the staff, service, ambiance, and environment. Ryan, one of the best employees I have ever discovered at any ULTA location, assisted me in finding the perfect lipstick shade, showcasing her exceptional knowledge and skill. As a diamond ULTA member and a loyal customer for almost 20 years, I will definitely return to this outstanding store."
