"Great experience! Modern technology, calm office, everyone was kind, and they take our insurance. If you're a new patient, go in ten minutes earlier than appointment to fill out paperwork. Unlike a lot of medical offices, they didn't run significantly later to call you in, so you'll want the time. Approximately an hour with full x-rays."

"I love how this place caters to people! I'm extremely nervous about dentists, and this place sets the gold bar in excellence. Each time I moved from Boise, I'd talk about what Willow Tree Dental does and how they numb me so I don't feel pain during a routine cleaning. They have topical sprays or gels they use that last long enough so the hygienist can clean and do a thorough job. They offer a dental plan in addition to accepting most insurance plans. I couldn't believe all that was covered and how cheap they were. I highly recommend them for the whole family. Dr. French is unbelievable with adults and kids alike! He and his assistants Makenna and Denean were humorous and gentle every time we were seen. Five stars well deserved!"

"I first came here because I liked their hours and location. However, my experience was extremely negative. The office staff were rude and apathetic towards my care. They kept charging me for my cleanings, which are 100% covered by my insurance. I had to ask multiple times for them to review my insurance before they did and realized their mistake, which they didn’t apologize for. I was pregnant when I first started coming and the hygienist berated me for my teeth and gums, and I left that appointment to cry in my car. I had X-rays done later, and they told me I needed 3 cavities filled. We ended up moving and I went to a new dentist. Willow tree sent over their x-rays, which were blurry and hard to make out. My new dentist took new X-rays and told me I only needed 1 filling. Willow tree also put me on a prescription toothpaste (which I had to pay for), which my new dentist said was unnecessary. The only positive experience I had here was I liked the actual dentist. But the office staff, billing, and hygienists made my experience here awful."
