"First time at this dentist, I’ve been to many dentist places throughout my life. This place is really nice, they are friendly, the care and service provided was good. I don’t like how the dental surgeon tried to sell me on an electric toothbrush. And after my visit I didn’t like the pricing of the dental work and how quickly they want to get you in to do it. You can go elsewhere to the work done cheaper or even heal your mouth at home. But overall good experience!"

"My whole family goes to this clinic. We love the friendly atmosphere and the quality of care. It's a great staff. Despite missing our favorite hygienist who used to work here prior to Covid, we have had good experiences with the hygienists, particularly in the recent year. Heather is light-handed, but my cleaning is very well done. Furthermore, I had seen many dentists in other states prior to coming to this clinic, and I have been seeing Dr. Osterkamp for more than five years, and I consider him to be an excellent dentist."

"I have been going to Osterkamp for 3 1/2 years and my wife and kids go there. I have three points to make: First, I haven't had a cavity since I was in grade school, but as you get older that apparently is a thing regardless of how well you brush. Granted, science may have advanced in the past two and a half decades but I do not recall ever getting a filling that did not alter my bite. When I got a filling with Dr. Osterkamp, it surprised me how there was no difference in my bite after the procedure. I got in and out that morning. Secondly, what really made me appreciate Dr. Osterkamp is when I ran into some issues with my gums needing additional care. He explained what the issue was and the means to treat it which included purchasing a product that his office sold. However, he was not pushy and suggested more focus on brushing rather than spending money on any products. Skip forward a year later and my gums are great and I didn’t have to buy anything. He could have made some money off of me but chose to instead prioritize my care, and I appreciate that. Finally, what really makes a dentist office successful are the hygienists, and I really like my hygienist Elizabeth. Chances are, you won’t need any major care for most of your life and, as such, you will spend a majority of your interactions with the hygienists so they can really make or break your experience. With Elizabeth, who I see twice a year, I can sit down and almost pick up where I left off in my last visit. She recalls that I have kids and their ages, what I do for a living, and can recall conversations we had six months prior. I also really appreciate that instead of taking a toothbrush home, she lets me take a toy from the kid bin so that I can bring it home to my kids. Overall, great family dentist."
