"Went in for some basic mantinace and left with a foot long Crack on my windshield, and they couldn't tell me how it happened, and refused to fix it. If it breaks on your yard and under your care you should be the one who fixes it."

"Took my 2021 Western star in to get fixed, multiple issues throwing codes solenoid and transmission along with some electrical issues. The first time they had it “fixed” we took it and antifreeze started dumping everywhere, second time we left and it started throwing the same codes as before and the electrical issues were still not fixed. Lights were still out and the transmission was still acting up even after they had it completely done in other words whatever they attempted to do or half way do just made things worse."
