"I can’t judge the salon but I can judge the stylist. I had one of the worst hair experiences ever. She didn’t listen, didn’t do anything I wanted. She just chopped 8 inches off my hair care in the world. She would cut and ask if that was fine. She didn’t have any casual conversation with me and had no compassion over my situation. I went from hair to almost by butt to hair sitting above my shoulders with block layers. Will never go here again. Like I said it’s not the place it’s the person."

"Go see Kaylee at Patsy's salon! The hairdresser: Kaylee did a fantastic job doing my hair and make up on my wedding day as well as a haircut for my husband. I got really excited when I learned she will have a space at Patsy's salon in Mountain Home. I immediately booked her for me and my husband's haircut on the first day she opened her business! I have very straight hair that is not easy to manage but Kaylee did her magic and transformed it beautifully with the volume that I love! She is excellent and her pricing is more than reasonable. My husband and I highly recommend Kaylee! Booking: The booking process was so easy and Kaylee was prompt in responding. I even received an automatic confirmation via text message a couple of minutes right after my booking. The Place: This is my first visit to Patsy's salon. The salon is very spacious, clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. There is a space for pedicure and manicure as well as a massage room! There is a little corner with a very comfortable sofa if you have someone waiting while you are getting your hair or nails done. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely come back!"
