"My son's girlfriend's car was stuck a bit out in the street during the heavy snowfall. My subdivision is horrible and didn't bother to have the streets shoveled for almost a week. Neighbor called the police and we tried several methods like AAA... they sick and wouldn't come out. Called Naylor Towing and the driver was excellent. Said he would be out in about an hour and a half and arrived even earlier and had the car unstuck in 15 minutes. I'm sorry I didn't get the drivers name but he and Naylor Towing are a great example of customer service."
