"Doctor B and his staff are simply superb! Very caring, professional and friendly. Absolute sticklers for perfection when it comes to my teeth, my satisfaction, and my comfort in the dentists chair. The entire staff works hard to make me feel welcome and not just a customer.......more like a member of their family. This is especially nice when going to the dentist, which is usually anything BUT a great experience. Not true with this branch of Aspen Dental..........I would highly recommend them if you need dental work! Thanks for the chance to share. I have had many appointments, so I know it's their practice and not just a fluke."

With our insurance, I have no other choice for my daughter except for adult dentistry and that's something he should take into account."

The dentist that helped me and his assistant were wonderful! Warm and welcoming!! I could not be more grateful for the experience today! They take all insurances and discussed billing before the procedure rather than after!! Every person I talked to was so nice and had great customer service."

"My dentist at overland location called so I had to come to this location to extract two teeth , was very anxious considering it wasn’t my normal dentist for a surgical removal . But the staff and doctors were very accommodating and made 100% sure I was thoroughly numbed, he was very efficient and was able to pull the teeth without having to use power tools which is what I was told to expect. Staff has great taste of music, pretty sure I’m gonna make the extra fifteen minute drive and make this my go to location for now on"

"Talk about a Bait and switch. I was quoted $100.08 for my cleaning after being examined by the hygienist. When I returned for my scheduled cleaning, I was told my quote was wrong for my cleaning and that it was actually going to be $1,604!!! This number was said so casually. They knew I was coming in for my cleaning due to the quote agreed upon and had every chance to tell me over the phone when they were confirming my appointment that the price was going to be MUCH higher than agreed upon. They waited until I came in to tell me which also required finding a babysitter and taking time off work all for nothing. I also scheduled time during this visit to have a tooth looked at that has been causing me pain. So, they planned out two appointments for this day. After the dentist looked at the hurting tooth and decided I needed a filling he said, "I'll see if I have time for this today." I said they told me to expect to be here for roughly 3 hours for my cleaning and to fix this tooth so what do you mean you'll see if you have time...? I am in pain and do not want to leave in pain. They then had me go upfront to talk numbers with the office manager. While she was very kind no one was helpful. They did not care that they changed my quote to the most expensive cleaning I have ever heard of in my life, (I have had a root canal that cost less than that cleaning.) They just proceeded to tell me that my insurance does not work and that I don't actually have dental insurance even though I gave them my policy number and pay monthly for my dental insurance. She gave me a quote for my filling and told me they could not do my filling unless I pay the $1,604 to have my cleaning done and then they would assist me with my pain. I felt like just a $ sign to them and walked out of there so discouraged and in pain after arriving there so excited to have my pain relieved. I left still in and pain and extremely stressed out. I was willing to pay out of pocket for my filling that day since my insurance "wasn't working" but they still would not let me unless I had the insanely expensive cleaning done first. I will now have to find another dentist office and hope that they care about their patients. Thank you for absolutely wasting my time and getting my hopes up that you would help me with my pain. If I could leave 0 stars I would."
