"Really disappointed now that Dr Howard is no longer there. I had a 1 o’clock appointment and showed up exactly on time only to wait 40 minutes with zero updates, after being checked in. They had double booked and were just going to let me sit there wondering why it’s been almost an hour and my cleaning hadn’t even started. I would have been okay with waiting if they had just simply communicated that with me instead of tip toeing around my complaint. I eventually just left as i couldn’t spend my whole afternoon making up for their mistake. Unfortunately going to start going somewhere else as i’m really sad with how unprofessional their staff and practice is now."

"Used to be a great dentist. Still not a bad one. But they will burn you financially. They sent me a 400$ bill 6 months after I had work done and they told me everything I owed was paid. Don't go here if you're not wanting surprise bills months after you have work done and they tell you that you've paid everything off. Bunch of scam artists"

"Wonderful staff and experience. I want to first say I was having a very bad morning and in a terrible mood when I went for my cleaning. I needed a crown but didn’t anticipate the cost. The staff were very helpful in offering me in house financing so we could get the crown on that day. My hygienists was super understanding of my poor mood and the concerns I had for her. The entire staff were very wonderful and so willing to help. Also I have had three crowns over the years before this one and this one feels like very good quality."
